What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Channel Sales Support Executive to strengthen relationships with our dealer network and support end-user projects. If you enjoy combining technical know-how with customer engagement, this role gives you the chance to make a real impact in healthcare, research, and life sciences.

Responsibilities

Support Dealers : Provide product advice, prepare quotations, and assist with orders.

Train & Educate : Conduct product briefings and awareness sessions on our cold chain solutions.

Tech Support : Collaborate with technical support team to resolve issues.

Reporting & Monitoring : Keep sales reports, sales forecasts, and customer info up to date, monitor dealer performance.

Engagement : Support marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions.

End-User Projects : Support end-user projects and work closely with the sales team.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Sciences or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in MS Office / CRM systems.

1-2 years experience in technical sales, project support, or laboratory environment (fresh graduates with strong technical background are welcome to apply).

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Team player with proactive, can-do attitude.

A valid driving license and willing to travel across Malaysia when required.

Bonus points if you have :

Experience in sales support, cold chain management, or lab projects.

Knowledge of GMP, compliance, or temperature monitoring systems.
