Overview

Position : Business Continuity Management (Senior Management)

Salary range : RM 10,000 - RM 13,000

Role Purpose

Responsible for executing Business Continuity Management (BCM) tasks and supporting the Branch Head in managing BCM-related responsibilities. This includes active involvement in all stages of BCM risk assessment and simulation planning (testing) to evaluate the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The role focuses on identifying documentation and reporting gaps, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adequacy of BCP documentation.

Key Responsibilities

BCM Simulation Planning

• Develop and execute BCM initiatives and programs based on the approved Annual BCM Plan.
• Ensure implementation aligns with company's BCM framework and current standards.
• Prepare and follow SOPs and guidelines set by company.
