This company is a Property Development company based in Johor. They are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to support the company's fundraising, investment, and financial planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility studies for property development projects.
• Support fundraising activities, including preparation of proposals, term sheets, and communication with banks, investors, or government agencies.
• Conduct cash flow projections and monitor project financing requirements.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and investment papers for management and board review.
• Evaluate joint venture, acquisition, and divestment opportunities.
• Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, and legal advisors for financing and compliance matters.
• Support corporate restructuring, capital management, and risk assessment activities as needed.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights on property and investment market developments.
