Responsibilities
To perform inbound / outbound calls / emails / live chat on customer enquiries in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
To advise customers on the export / import requirements to the respective destination.
To elevate any shipments that require special handling.
To be able to articulate issues / request that is brought up by the customer.
To update status of issues on CRM.
To do other tasks as advised by Management.
To solve backend issues.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM in any studies.
Possess a minimum of 1 years working experiences in the related field.
Experience in using CRM module.
Great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Typing Speed >
50 WPM.
Fluent in English and Mandarin languages.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work on shift working hours.
