Our client is seeking a seasoned and commercially astute legal professional to lead regional legal, risk, and compliance functions. This senior management role requires a proactive leader who can provide strategic legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business objectives across multiple jurisdictions.

Your new role

You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic legal counsel, leading high-value contract negotiations for procurement and major projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening corporate governance frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role :

• You must have 10 years’ PQE
• Experience in the oil & gas / manufacturing / or shipping industry is preferred
• A high degree of independence, maturity, and business acumen
