Job Summary

In EncoreMed, we are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to help us build the next generation of healthcare intelligence. You’ll work across data analytics, model development, and infrastructure — from setting up data pipelines to fine‑tuning specialized language models (SLMs) for healthcare insights.

You will also work with our R&D Engineer to build fast, iterate, and own the full stack of AI development — from concept to deployment.

Job Requirements

Generative AI & ML Development

• Build, fine‑tune, and deploy AI / ML models, including LLMs and healthcare‑specific language models (SLMs).
• Work on clinical NLP tasks like entity extraction, summarization, or predictive modeling.
• Develop RAG pipelines, prompts and RAG retrieval for structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Experiment with multimodal AI (text, imaging, voice, structured data) and optimize models for accuracy, interpretability and speed.
• Leverage and extend open frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc).
• Design and maintain lightweight, scalable data pipelines (ETL / ELT) for healthcare datasets.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data (EHR, clinical text, sensor data, etc.).
• Implement efficient data workflows and monitoring systems.
