• Total Project Execution : The role involves end-to-end management of industrial construction and facility maintenance projects. This includes ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets superior quality (ISO 9001) and safety (HSE) standards.
• Technical Oversight : You'll provide essential supervision and technical guidance across multiple disciplines, particularly civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering works on-site.
• Coordination and Planning : Key duties involve developing project documentation, allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials), tracking progress, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and the client.
