Responsibilities

• Conduct property presentations, showroom tours, and explain project features to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat sales and referrals.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and walk-ins.
• Provide guidance to buyers on financing options, legal procedures, and handover processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the developer.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and developer marketing activities.
