Job Description

As a key member of the HR team, you will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers providing HR support on all aspects of operational HR. You will deal with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and also support global HR projects.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and data integrity with HRIS system
  • Hold a shared responsibility for managing the 'Ask HR' inbox answering queries from managers and employees throughout the business, whilst promoting a 'self-service' model
  • Provide advice and support to managers and staff
  • Support management with employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation and HR best practices
  • Administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding
  • Assist with Payroll Administration (starters / leavers and amendments)
  • Involvement in HR Projects & Initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar experience
  • Working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management (not essential)
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources for a fast-paced organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive & Responsive
  • A collaborative approach
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communications skills; including being able to respond to appropriately to different audiences
  • Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
  • Ability to plan and prioritize
  • Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner at all times
