Requirements
- Required Mandarin (spoken, listening, written)
- English& Bahasa Malaysia–added advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in admin or office support role preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel), basic computer & email usage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Polite and professional communication skills
Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.Interpret and translate verbal and written communications between Mandarin, English, and Malay for in-house China staff.Assist project teams with data collection, research, and documentation.Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics personnel, primarily Mandarin-speaking.Support simple accounting or sales administrative tasks when required.Ensure smooth daily office operations and workflow coordination.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.Benefits
