Requirements

  • Required Mandarin (spoken, listening, written)
  • English& Bahasa Malaysia–added advantage
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin or office support role preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel), basic computer & email usage
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Polite and professional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Interpret and translate verbal and written communications between Mandarin, English, and Malay for in-house China staff.
  • Assist project teams with data collection, research, and documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics personnel, primarily Mandarin-speaking.
  • Support simple accounting or sales administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and workflow coordination.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
