About the job

Main missions

Your responsibilities include :

Continuously monitor antivirus alerts, logs, and threat intelligence feeds for signs of malware infections or suspicious activities.

Use Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems to correlate and analyze security data.

Regularly monitor antivirus signatures update and definitions to ensure detection of the latest threats.

Manage and verify the deployment of updates across all endpoints.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills :

Experience

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, or IT, or in relevant courses

At least 5 years professional experience in relevant fields

Technical skills

Symantec End Point Protection knowledges or similar tools

Ability to analyze antivirus alerts, logs, and threat feeds

Knowledge of malware behavior, signatures, heuristics, and sandboxing techniques.

Soft skills / transversal skills

Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and adapt to changing threat landscapes and organizational priorities.

Clear and concise communication with technical teams, management, and non-technical stakeholders regarding security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Proficiency in troubleshooting security issues, devising mitigation strategies, and adapting to rapidly evolving threats.

Ability to analyze complex security incidents, logs, and threat intelligence to identify root causes and assess risks
