Overview

Senior Power Platform Developer role at DKSH. We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and govern solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, and help establish a Workflow & Automation Centre of Excellence. This role requires technical expertise as well as stakeholder management and governance guidance for workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint custom sites to improve workflow efficiency and optimize business processes.
  • Manage Power Platform environments and keep corporate compliances and practices up to date.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide strategic recommendations for automation.
  • Create and maintain documentation including technical designs, process flow diagrams, and user guides.
  • Build custom connectors and integrate with third-party and internal systems via REST APIs, Graph API, and Azure Functions.
  • Manage SharePoint site collections, content types, metadata, and permission structures.
  • Convert and migrate existing K2 workflow solutions into the Power Platform with minimal disruption.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence within the team.

Stakeholder Management and Governance

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and progress.
  • Foster relationships across departments and translate needs into scalable Power Platform solutions.
  • Engage with heads of departments to present workflow and automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications in low-code platform development are a plus.
  • Expertise in Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and AI Builder.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online (site provisioning, lists / libraries, permissions, web parts) is a plus.
  • Experience in frontend or backend development.
  • Familiar with C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Node.js.
  • Strong experience with API development and integration (REST, Graph API, JSON, OAuth2, Basic Auth).
  • Strong prompt engineering experience.
  • Experience with ALM for Power Platform (solutions, environments, pipelines).
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience converting K2 workflows to Power Platform with focus on seamless migration (highly preferable).
  • Proficiency in Azure services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, Blob Storage, API Management).
  • Familiar with Dataverse, SQL, and relational data modeling.
