Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies for business growth, cost management, and process optimization.

• Process Improvement : Recommend and implement best practices and improvements to streamline business operations and increase efficiency.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to help clients stay competitive, identify trends, and evaluate risks.
• Compliance : Ensure clients adhere to local regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, working closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance.
• Reporting : Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
