We're hiring! We are looking for an Analyst, Actuarial Analytics to join our Treaty team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like

• Model various reinsurance structures to manage risk and implementation of them within the modelling framework.
• Use various actuarial pricing techniques such as experience and exposure rating, and perform stochastic modelling (DFA) analyses utilising our proprietary modelling software ReMetrica. Embed financial modeling capabilities into client teams across existing portfolio and new business opportunities. Meaningful involvement in accounts with seamless interaction with broader broking team encompassing client strategy and direction beyond strict analytical processing.

2. Provide service that exceeds our client’s expectations and outshines our competitors' service offering through :

4. Ensure the optimum use of Reinsurance Solutions business systems in line with current Aon business practices

5. Drive, improve and share technical expertise in specialist areas, as well as improving technical knowledge in associated areas.

6. Do presentations and conduct training sessions, ensuring the effective and efficient communication of concepts and key outcomes to both colleagues and clients

7. Ability to work unsupervised and adhere to strict deadlines.
