Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Supervisor, based in Putrajaya. The Retail Sales Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, including supervising and motivating sales teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, maintaining store standards, and optimizing the customer shopping experience. The role involves coordinating with management to implement strategic initiatives to improve sales and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and motivate retail teams
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Experience in Retail Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling operational challenges
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an advantage
• Diploma or higher in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
