Job Details :
- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for various aspects of the operations.
- Generate insightful reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key metrics and performance against targets.
- Oversee the production floor system to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the production system into daily workflows, ensuring its optimal utilization for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
- Implement improvements and updates to the production system as needed, based on user feedback and evolving operational requirements.
- Manage the data preparation process using Power BI to create visually compelling and informative dashboards.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Provide training and support to operations teams on utilizing Power BI for their day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance the safety, quality, and productivity mindset within the operations team.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead initiatives to promote safety consciousness, quality awareness, and productivity mindset among team members.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to reinforce the desired cultural values.
- Perform any other departmental task as requested by superior.
