Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Executive located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining exceptional communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, following up on potential leads, managing client accounts, prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions and fostering long-term relationships to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, other software added advantages
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development in a related field is preferred
• Possess own transportation & valid driving license
• Willingness to travel
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive, result-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field
