Job Description
Develop recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Facilitate onboarding processes by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new hires understand company policies, culture, and job responsibilities.Prepare and manage new hire documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrolment.Oversee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing administrative tasks for departing employees.Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.Support management in resolving conflicts, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining high morale.Coordinate performance appraisal processes by assisting managers in setting performance goals and maintaining evaluation records.Identify training and development needs and organise workshops or seminars to enhance employee skills.Assist in developing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and ensure all actions adhere to company procedures.Support workplace safety programs and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and secure work environment.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR functions, preferably at a junior or mid-level role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws in Malaysia.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.Benefits
