Job descriptionExplore AI Solutions : Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and vendor offerings to identify solutions that align with the bank’s objectives. Vendor Management : Engage and build relationships with AI vendors, evaluating their solutions for potential implementation within the bank. Business Alignment : Work closely with business units, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, recommending AI solutions that drive value. Stakeholder Engagement : Present AI solutions to business and technology leaders, articulating the benefits and potential impact on banking operations. Influence & Persuasion : Drive adoption by obtaining buy‑in from stakeholders, addressing concerns, and demonstrating the value proposition of AI technologies. Implementation Support : Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate the onboarding, integration, and execution of selected AI solutions. Performance Monitoring : Assess the success and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver expected outcomes. Compliance & Risk Considerations : Work with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory and internal policies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members. Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing and analysing data.
