Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company’s marketing and branding goals.
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short‑ and long‑form videos (e.g., educational, promotional, interviews).
- Create engaging written and visual content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Collaborate with marketing, investment, and product teams to translate financial concepts into audience‑friendly formats.
- Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and analyze content performance, continuously improving based on insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and social media innovations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in financial services, lifestyle, or corporate branding.Strong skills in video shooting and editing (experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).Good understanding of digital and social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling flair.Seniority level
