Job description : Monitor and oversee daily trading activities in stocks, futures, options, bonds, and funds. Ensure compliance with all relevant trading regulations and rules. Manage trading platforms to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Collaborate with internal departments and external parties on various projects, including IT, Compliance, Risk Management, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Lead and participate in testing and enhancing trading systems. Manage projects related to new system implementations or product launches. Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the dealing department. Evaluate and improve operational processes within the trading and dealing department. Lead, mentor, and develop the trading team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide training and guidance on trading platforms, products, and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to facilitate effective collaboration. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and success. Handle conflict resolution and negotiations professionally.
