The role : The Operations Executive is responsible for monitoring the order process flow from receiving orders from Seller Center to customer doorstep. He / She will also provide insights on day‑to‑day activities to ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily and monthly operational data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems.
• Responsible for all day‑to‑day operational aspects of retail inventory management, monitor ordering issues, and other key aspects related to eCommerce operations.
• Develop and implement data visualization dashboards, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights.
• Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.
• Respond to troubleshoot, resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end‑to‑end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution.
• Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs.
• Support processes to ensure all aspects of eCommerce operations run smoothly.
