Job description

To assist and ensure the smooth delivery of the administration process related to intermediaries / agents in line with company strategies and relevant regulations.

Processes various intermediaries / agents related admin requests eg. new intermediaries’ application, termination / suspension of intermediaries, change of intermediaries’ details, PIAM renewal & etc.
Assists in intermediaries’ system access creation / activation and maintenance of intermediaries’ data in various systems.
Manages agency agreement stamping and maintenance of agency files.
Responds to system related requests / concerns timely.
Liaises with PIAM / credit reporting company on intermediaries’ admin matters.
Administers intermediaries’ admin related documents and expenses or payments.
Ensures intermediaries related administration processes are in line with PIAM & regulatory guidelines.
Provides support to other sections of Business Resilience Management Dept to deliver the overall department’s objectives.

We are looking for people who

Recognized Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Admin, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial or any related field. Insurance Professional Qualification eg. MII would be an advantage.

1 - 3 years of working experience in relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Competencies eg. good communication skills (verbal & written), administrative skills with attention to details, analytic skills to manage data and statistics, interpersonal skills, initiative, problem-solving, and planning skills.

Job functional knowledge eg. basic product knowledge in General Insurance, market knowledge, understanding of regulatory requirement and relevant guidelines.
