Stock Inventory Control

Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Stock Inventory Control professional to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our inventory management processes to ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular stock audits and monitoring inventory levels to identify discrepancies and address any issues

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and reports

Liaising with suppliers and logistics providers to coordinate the timely delivery of stock

Implementing inventory control strategies to minimise waste, optimise storage space and improve stock turnover

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance inventory management

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory-related data is accurate and accessible

Providing training and guidance to warehouse and logistics staff on inventory best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a stock / inventory control or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing or retail industry

Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues

Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
