Project Engineer (Property Developer)

Job description

Responsibilities

Manage and execute site in accordance to project master schedule
Assist Manager in project management and construction activities
Liaise with consultants in project matters
Lead and control COW in quality inspection and ensuring approved materials and standards applied
Organize consultant and contractor technical meeting and prepare minutes
Monitor defects work’s progress and report to management.
Execute proper documentation on incoming and outgoing information
Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the projects
Conduct joint inspection / site walk with related parties for site issues
Liaise with local authorities on submission and approval as and when required

Job Requirements

Possess a Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences in property / construction / engineering industry is required.

Required spoken and written language : English, Bahasa Malaysia

Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.

High integrity in carrying out duties.
