A global technology-enabled services company is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional customer service in Japanese and English. Responsibilities include assisting customers through various channels and ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma and excellent customer service skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The position is full-time with rotational shifts, located in KL Sentral.
