Job description

We invite applications for a Lectureship in various disciplines and focus areas. The suitable candidate will be required to carry out teaching, research and administration within Faculty of Computing and Information Technology. We welcome outstanding applicants who have the ability to show a commitment to innovative teaching and to undertake and publish impactful academic research. Applicants with track records of public engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration would be welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses in relevant disciplines within the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology
  • Undertake research and publish findings in accredited venues
  • Contribute to academic administration and service
  • Engage in public engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration as appropriate

Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Strong teaching experience and a record of scholarly publication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
