Role : Senior Specialist, Accounting

Responsible for preparing and assisting in month end close activities, focusing on the new entity in India. This role requires a good understanding of SAP, goods and services tax and withholding tax preferably in India .

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and assist in month-end close activities, focusing on the new entity in India.

Perform intercompany reconciliation.

Liaise with consultants for GST, withholding, and income tax filings.

Make general ledger entries.

Conduct month-end close and reporting.

Perform Blackline reconciliation.

Handle audit queries and prepare schedules.

Prepare other ad hoc management reports and projects.

Position Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency with company-wide ERP systems.

Preferred knowledge of SAP.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
