At AmBank Group, we are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers / Executives based in Kampar, Perak Branch. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals. What you'll be doing

Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner Ensure all its transactions are in compliance with policies (internal & external), guidelines and regulations Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products and services Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience Participate in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest products, policies, and procedures Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and practices What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues Candidate with PCE / CEILLI license would be an added advantage.
