Mobility & Workforce Operations Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobility & Workforce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end mobility processes for foreign workers and expatriates. This role involves vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, audit support, and operational excellence across workforce logistics and welfare.
Responsibilities
Vendor & Workforce Management
- Liaise with foreign and local manpower agencies to manage workforce supply and demand
- Oversee vendor deliverables related to lodging, transportation, and worker welfare
- Validate and verify attendance, overtime, and payment records for foreign and outsourced workers
Expatriate & Immigration Coordination
Manage work permits, visa applications, and regulatory documentation for expatriatesCoordinate expatriate insurance, medical benefits, travel logistics, and onboarding supportLiaise with immigration authorities and government bodies for approvals and submissionsAudit & Compliance
Lead internal and external audits related to workforce operationsPrepare and submit quarterly audit reports to managementEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and JTK Human Rights policyProcess & Operational Excellence
Develop and maintain SOPs and job aids for operational consistencyDrive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costsLead or support system enhancement and process alignment projectsEnsure timely completion of requests and reports within SLA timelinesRespond effectively to evolving business needs and stakeholder demandsStakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendorsFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across departmentsTravel to other locations as required for operational support and coordinationJob Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience in People Operations or workforce mobilityStrong understanding of HR principles, vendor management, and regulatory frameworksExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of statutory requirements related to foreign worker employment and expatriate managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust be based in or willing to work at Kelana Jaya, The Ascent (HQ)#J-18808-Ljbffr
