Job Description

As VP for Digital Transformation, your job scope includes :

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee end-to-end implementation of technology initiatives within the palm oil segment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate innovative solutions.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets.

Foster partnerships with technology providers to bring cutting-edge tools to the organisation.

Analyse data to measure the impact of digital transformation efforts and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology adoption.

The Successful Applicant

You will need to have strong experiences in :

Strong knowledge of digital transformation within palm oil or downstream manufacturing industries

Proven expertise in managing large-scale technology projects

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Ability to think strategically and implement innovation solutions

Open to travelling when needed (especially to Indonesia and other SEA countries)
