What will you do?

The Data Products practice transforms data into strategic action with advanced analytics, AI and tech solutions.

As a Client Success Lead for Data Products (Southeast Asia), you will report to Head of Growth, Data Transformation SEA and work with your team to address clients’ business opportunities with ADA data products across the region where ADA is present.

  • Support opportunity identification and pursuits related to your verticals
  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals, data challenges and desired outcomes from business programs and solutions
  • Influence customers by translating complex technical terms / processes into business value
  • Play a key role in preparing proposals and bids for data product opportunities
  • Create compelling customized presentations tailored to customers use cases
  • Continuously build solid presentation skills, content, and a deep understanding of, Data & AI technologies and how to position winning solution
  • Build and maintain a great relationship with clients, ADA, and the broader industry
  • Provides the knowledge and expertise in a specific subject for business area for a project
  • Be present in market to advocate ADA and its service
  • Support the creation of product offerings related to ADA’s Data Products

What skills and experience you will need?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or any other related field.
  • You enjoy building relationships with a diverse group of people.
  • You are highly organised and great at prioritising, multi-tasking, and follow-up.
  • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and writing skills in English. Must be able to clearly articulate, visualise and present analytical work
  • Passionate in a data analytics company
  • Ability to think big picture and passionate in business planning and strategy
  • Team player
