System & Data Administrator (Sales App)

About Us : We are an established company seeking a detail-oriented System and Data Administrator to maintain and support our sales application system. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations between our sales team and backend systems. We value a collaborative and innovative work environment. Key Responsibilities : -Manage and maintain product data accuracy in the sales application, including regular updates of product images, pricing, and information. -Monitor system connectivity and ensure the stable operation of the sales application. -Verify order transmission between the sales app and ERP system (Autocount). -Configure and update promotional bundles and special offers in the application portal. -Maintain the customer database and ensure data accuracy. -Perform regular price list updates across all product brands. -Handle data synchronization between the sales app and ERP system. -Conduct daily system health checks and troubleshoot basic issues. -Generate reports as required by management. Requirements : Essential : -Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. -Minimum 1-2 years of experience in system administration or a similar role. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Basic understanding of database management. -Good problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred : -Experience with ERP systems (particularly Autocount). -Knowledge of sales operations and order processing. -Basic understanding of API integrations. -Experience in e-commerce or retail systems. Language Requirements : -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). -Conversational Mandarin Chinese is a plus (优先考虑会中文者).
