AR Analyst

Overview

Our Client is a Global MNC and a Leader in the manufacturing industry space that they operate in. They are currently looking to expand their AR team. Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely posting of sales and cash-related transactions. Manage the posting of bank draft transactions in a timely and precise manner. Prepare and monitor the issuance of tax invoices in line with regulatory requirements. Perform monthly reconciliations related to sales and tax reporting. Prepare and maintain regular Accounts Receivable (AR) reports for management review. Oversee invoice and documentation management in accordance with applicable tax guidelines. Verify tax inputs and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. Monitor and follow up on overdue receivables to support effective collection processes. Conduct account reconciliations for AR sub-ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare supporting documentation and schedules as required for audits. Provide assistance in AR-related initiatives and improvement projects when necessary. Undertake other finance-related duties as assigned by supervisors. Regularly reconcile AR statements with business partners or suppliers to ensure data consistency. Key Requirements

Possess a Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Equivalent. Possess at least 2 years of relevant Account Receivables experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin for effective and efficient communication with all stakeholders. Meticulous and independent. Seniority level
