Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-value portfolio of Private Wealth clients with AUM exceeding RM 1,000,000 .
- Promote the bank's exclusive investment and deposit products to clients, offering tailor-made wealth management solutions.
- Actively acquire New-to-Private Wealth (NTPW) clients, expanding the bank’s high-net-worth clientele.
- Deliver premium off-site banking services to clients, enhancing their experience and convenience.
- Lead exclusive Private Wealth events to strengthen relationships, foster engagement, and drive deposit growth.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and offer personalized financial strategies to clients.
- Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are met and exceeded.
- Provide swift and effective responses to client queries, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.
- Continuously propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance sales and elevate customer experience .
- Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing professional development , ensuring knowledge of market trends and regulatory updates.
- Strictly adhere to regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.5+ years of experience in managing high-net-worth client portfolios and providing investment advice .IPPC (Investment Product and Private Client) certification is mandatory.Proven track record of sales success , relationship-building, and achieving financial targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to manage and engage senior-level clients effectively.Why Join Our Client
