Job description : -Assist in analyzing and identifying market needs and trends. -Contribute creative ideas to support marketing strategies and branding efforts. -Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, Shopee, and Lazada. -Assist in creating marketing content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting for social media and other marketing channels. -Involve in cooking, baking and creating fun food-focused content for our marketing channels. -Participate in video shooting, live streaming sessions, and behind-the-scenes setup. -Support the e-commerce team in processing and managing online orders. -Help in purchasing marketing materials and coordinating promotional items. -Participate in internal company activities and team engagement projects. Requirements : -Pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related discipline. -Familiar with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and basic understanding of audience engagement. -Experience in using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro) is highly preferred. -Need to provide a portfolio or sample of previous work (designs, social media content, or videos) if available. -Good oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. -A creative thinker with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. -Basic skills in cooking and baking are required. -Possession of own transport (preferably car) for travel to and from work or during marketing assignments.
