Job description

Overview

We’re looking for a Regional Senior ERP Specialist for the largest coffee chain in Malaysia to lead the implementation, configuration, and scaling of ERP systems across multiple locations in the region. You’ll work closely with HQ teams and regional stakeholders to ensure ERP modules and integrations (POS, inventory, finance, etc.) are aligned with business needs and run efficiently.

This role focuses on project execution, rollout management, and data integrity —not day-to-day helpdesk support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations—from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and validation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to align local business requirements with global ERP standards.
  • Manage integrations between ERP and related systems (POS, CRM, inventory, etc.), ensuring clean and reliable data flow.
  • Oversee rollout activities such as system testing, cutover planning, on-site validation, and post-rollout monitoring.
  • Document workflows, configurations, SOPs, and integration mappings, maintaining consistency with governance standards.
  • Partner with vendors and IT teams on ERP patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Test and validate new ERP features or modules in live environments, providing structured feedback.
  • Ensure data accuracy through migration oversight, audits, and governance protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3–5 years of ERP implementation, configuration, or business system integration.
  • Experience in regional or multi-location ERP rollout projects.
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong grasp of business process mapping (finance, inventory, supply chain).
  • Proficiency in at least one ERP platform (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and system integration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
