Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Handle all aspects of accounting operations, including AP, AR, FA, JE, CM, GL & etc.
• Assist in project budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitoring of actual performance against budget.
• Monitor the progress billings & collections related to property sales; ensure timely settlement of project claims in accordance with agreed terms.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Accounting, Tax, Audit & etc.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, authorities & etc relating to the works.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
