Key Responsibilities
Sales
Solicit and promote sales of PF products.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group targets.Develop and execute sales plans for prospective customers, utilizing internal marketing and self-generated leads.Set appointments, conduct sales visits, prospect, and engage with new-to-bank customers.Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, and credit cards.Customer Service
Ensure high standards of customer experience aligned with the bank's quality standards.Compliance
Adhere to bank policies and procedures.Protect the bank's image and brand.Operations
Maintain the physical sales centre or hub in line with quality standards.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.Relevant licenses for the portfolio.Motivated, goal-oriented, self-initiated, and able to work independently.Comfortable engaging with people, with strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Basic understanding of finance and banking products.Proficient in basic computer skills.Additional Information
