Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Salary Range：RM6000 - RM8000 (dp on experience & can further nego) + Profit Sharing

Working Hours：Mon - Fri (9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm)

Working Location：JB

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. With relevant experience can also apply.

At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, and 2 years managerial experience

Experience managing and growing social media channels, including Facebook, and Instagram.

Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
