The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Sales team in Malaysia.

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, The SFE & Data Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in driving commercial effectiveness through data-driven insights and performance management. The role is responsible for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance field force productivity. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

• Provide analytical support to commercial teams to optimize field effectiveness.
• Manage and monitor territory alignment and call planning, ensuring efficient coverage.
• Develop incentive compensation schemes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Administer CRM and content platform, ensuring seamless operation and feature rollouts
• Train sales teams on CRM usage, SFE tools, and data interpretation.
