Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in F&B or tea service is an advantage
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
