Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on innovator and problem solver — a

Technologist with Project Management expertise

who can bridge technical execution with strategic delivery. The Project Manager will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer and play a key role in leading and implementing technology-driven projects under the Talent Division. This includes supporting initiatives in talent management, HR digitalisation, and analytics. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, JCorp Investee companies, and external vendors to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology and HR digitalisation projects under the Talent Division. Partner with the Chief Talent Officer and the team to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation. Drive system implementation and integration efforts (e.g, Workday, HR dashboards), ensuring smooth adoption and sustainability. Establish project documentation, workflows, and reporting to track milestones, risks, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with JCorp’s governance standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements in all project implementations. Support change management and provide knowledge-sharing sessions to improve adoption of new systems or processes. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resource Technology, or a related field. Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in project management, HR technology, or digital transformation roles. Proven experience in managing HRIS / HCMS or workforce system implementation projects, including Workday. Required Skill Sets Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Solid understanding of HR technologies, workforce analytics, or talent management systems. Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions for HR and talent functions. Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with emerging digital HR tools and innovation practices.
