Job Summary : We are looking for an Telemarketer to join our Marketing team! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over telephone, and generate new leads. Duties and Responsibilities : Conduct telesales activities and generate new leads. Follow prepared sales scripts to provide accurate information about a product’s features and benefits. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Document the customer’s personal information, including name, phone number, email, company name, and enquiry details. Follow up with calls and emails to secure meetings. Work with the company’s CRM platform for systematic follow-ups. Provide excellent customer service. Supervise and guide interns when required.
