Job description

Responsibilities

Develop the strategy for and execute all local ecommerce acquisition efforts including :

  • Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada
  • Affiliates

Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPO, CPA, ROAS etc.).

Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms.

Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and make adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives.

Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews.

Spearheading account management to ensure alignment with clients.

Manage conversations with key stakeholders like Shopee and Lazada to ensure partnership KPIs are met.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones.

Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across eCommerce channels.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition.

Share best practices with peers within group.

Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs.

Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms.

Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements.

Full ownership of monthly budget plans for key events like double day, mid-month madness and pay days, allocating budgets and shifting them as per sales trends.

Build relationship with retail store key account management teams and initiate top ups every month.

Ownership of billing and top up related conversations with clients and marketplaces.

Maintaining weekly and monthly reports diligently and sharing with clients with insights on time.

Working closely with division and account leads for preparing QBRs and Monthly Review Decks.

QC of work performed by team to ensure error free work is delivered.

Leading WIPs and adhoc calls with clients and providing strategic solutions regarding cross sell and up sell opportunities.

Establishing a clear communication between teams on account for cross learning and sharing of knowledge.

Qualifications

  • BA / BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce.
  • Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty.
  • Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership abilities and track-record of hitting targets.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or dynamic high-growth company a plus.
