We are seeking an experienced and driven

Machanic Head

to lead and manage our service department / workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient job completion, delivering high-quality service, and achieving customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service department / workshop to ensure efficient job completions, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate the daily productivity of mechanics, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Provide technical guidance and solutions to mechanics on complex issues. Achieve the monthly labour target as set by the company. Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer experience and meet service objectives. Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and initiate corrective actions. Train, mentor, and develop service staff to promote a high-performance culture and encourage professional growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing personalized service solutions. Manage staffing, training, and performance of the service personnel. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to ensure service excellence. Prepare regular reports for senior management on key performance indicators and improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in the service and repair industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu (speaking, reading, and writing).
