Job description5 years experience in architecture, with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp Proficiency in or willingness to learn ArchiCAD is preferred Strong technical drawing, creativity, and visualization skills, with knowledge of construction details preferred Excellent communication skills and fluency in English Free parking Gym membership Maternity leave Meal provided Opportunities for promotion Professional development
Responsibilities
- Develop and present project proposals, managing project design from concept to construction
- Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations
- Establish and adhere to project timelines to ensure timely delivery
