Job Overview
Support the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing programs across the APAC region.
Collaborate closely with country marketing teams to understand local business needs and contribute to building cohesive regional marketing strategies that drive sales and strengthen brand equity.
Recommend and align regional strategies for integration into local marketing plans.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate country-level marketing activities on a regular basis to ensure alignment with global and regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including branding, marketing communications, advertising, digital campaigns, events, public relations, and more.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as distributors, agencies, event organizers, and vendors to achieve marketing goals.
Support data analysis and reporting of marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to inform decision-making and improve future campaigns.
Carry out individual marketing tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience : At least five (5) years of combined Marketing Communications experience in developing, planning, and managing marketing projects. Possess knowledge and working experience in automotive industry will be an added value.
Skills : Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills and have excellent time management.
Attributes : Good team player with pleasant and creative personality. Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes.
