Job descriptionLead end-to-end digital campaign planning, including targeting, messaging, creative collaboration, and platform selection. Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution across all digital channels. Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI. Conduct post-campaign evaluations and recommend improvements for future initiatives. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for campaign approvals, deliverables, and reporting. Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and outcomes effectively. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend innovative approaches and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition. Drive brand growth by designing and executing innovative digital activation plans. Leverage cross-channel strategies to create cohesive, engaging, and measurable brand experiences. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in campaign management or digital activation. Proven experience in strategizing and executing 360° digital marketing plans. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Digital Activation Manager
The Digital Activation Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for driving measurable engagement, conversions, and brand growth through strategic, integrated 360° digital plans.
