About the Role
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support our finance team with day to day financial operations. This role is vital in ensuring accurate record keeping, smooth financial processes, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expenses.
Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and queries.
Monitor and track budgets, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in finance, accounts, or administrative roles.
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular); experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
